Our fees are based on the amount of work required to satisfy each client's goals.
This will be influenced by many factors, including the following:

• Client Preferences
• Background Criteria for Each Type of Office
• Local Codes and Requirements
• Building Conditions (renovations or build-out plans)
• Site Conditions (new construction)
• Extent of Involvement Required for Our Firm Members

Normally, we ask that potential clients fill out a short questionnaire and talk with us about the information included. In addition, we will do some research on the other factors which might affect the project. Then we will propose a fee schedule, including preliminary to final services, for approval. Because the design of an office is such an important step, we expect that clients will want to discuss the fee schedule and services in detail prior to signing an agreement.

We usually base our fees on the square footage of the building, or on a flat fee basis, because we feel this is the best way to avoid misunderstandings about the cost.
